Deep sea fishing  consists of trolling 6+ lines outside the reef for species such as:

 

• Wahoo,

• Blackfin Tuna

• Yellowfin Tuna,

• Barracuda

• Dolphin (mahi mahi) 

• Blue Marlin.

 

The beauty of deep sea fishing in the Cayman Islands is that we are surrounded by extremely deep water so we will have lines in and fishing about 10 minutes from the dock.  We are fortunate to have a shot at all of the pelagic species throughout the year so whether we are fishing the drop-off (wall) around the island, the 12 mile bank or farter offshore, once we have baits in the water we have a good chance of getting on the fish.
